About DealerOn.

DealerOn is a website platform and digital marketing service provider specifically focused on automotive dealerships. Based in Derwood, MD they have spent over 20 years focused on making it easier for dealerships to get the results they require while also providing an engaging customer experience through their dealership websites.

My Role.

I was contracted to DealerOn as a web designer to migrate, redesign and QA 2500+ webpages into DealerOn's CMS. Due to the fast paced nature of these migrations, it was essential to manage my time efficiently and effectively. I collaborated with dozens of designers, developers, and project managers to ensure a smooth migration process.

What I Learned.

During my time at DealerOn I learned how to best balance and adjust my workflow to achieve a faster turnaround time while still maintaining quality standards. A key takeaway from my experience is bringing any concerns, inconsistencies, and clarifications to leadership as soon as possible. I found this to be the largest contributing factor in ensuring the migration process moved along rapidly and smoothly.
